- The second cohort of the proposal USDA NIFA PDAL had 34 teachers from 28 different schools of Puerto Rico including Vieques.
Participation of 20 invited speakers from Puerto Rico, United States and Chile.
65% of the teachers were in the science field, 6% in math, 6% in agriculture, 6% Special Education, 3% STEM, 3% Social Work, 3% Arts and 8% English.
56% of participants taught in high schools (9-12)
85% from the participants were women.
